Haulright wants to help anyone in any situation. That being said we know sometimes, especially with the elderly, they need help from family to call and schedule things. Please understand that their consent is still needed unless there is a power of attorney.
Haulright has the upmost respect for their customers privacy and we promise you that your information is never sold and you will have all the discretion we can possibly have for your move.
Terms of Use
Once you officially book with Haulright, there is a $100 rescheduling fee and a $200 cancelation fee if at any time and for any reason you need to reschedule or cancel. Haulright does not tentatively hold dates. You must be for sure when you book, as much as possible. We do know things can happen, please respect our fees and understand that the people that work for the company need to be compensated for the loss of work that day.
Haulright can disassemble and reassemble all kinds of furniture items and they bring their own tools for such, however, they cannot disconnect or reconnect any pipes or cables. This would include, but not limited to: washer, dryer, fridge, tv with cable & other items. Please have all appliances ready for the movers to move before they get there so they are not waiting on anything and can make the best use of their time and your money.
Please clean all of your furniture and appliances that will be moved before the movers have to touch and handle them. Putting dirty, pet hair & dusty furniture in our clean moving van and using our clean moving blankets can result in a cleaning fee attached to your bill. We pride ourselves on providing the most cleanliness moving process and we ask our customers to do the same.
